Task:
- Create a Twitter account;
- Edit your profile: name, photo*, personal info*, a brief description of yourself;
- Find a few interesting people to follow. Amongst them, there must be a comedian, a famous soccer player, a singer, an actress/actor, two politicians, a writer, a poet.
- Choose a news channel to follow.
- Follow your project mates.
- Have fun! Follow the people you’ve chosen and pay attention to what they say and the language they use.

- Practice writing your first 280-character tweet. Use your friends' drafts and ideas to inspire you.
- Ask for your friends’ opinions, compare tweets, edit yours...
...and post your first tweet using some of the tips in the article.
